(b) SalesTactix, Inc. (the "Company") amends its Current Report on Form 8-K, as previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 1, 2004, to add the resignation of Mark Absher from the Company's Board of Directors, effective September 30, 2004. There are currently a total of two directors on the Company's Board of Directors.
